How to Make a Claim

With Warranteeze, the ‘Claims’ process is simple. If you need to make a claim, you call the experienced claims team at Integrity.

Before you call Integrity, make sure you have your Policy details ready. You’ll find your Policy details in your Warranteeze account, you can log in here to access.

Then simply call 1800 357 227 to speak with one of the Integrity experts.

Claims Process

  • Find your Warranty Policy details, including your Policy Number.
  • Check your Warranty Terms and Conditions to ensure what you are attempting to claim is covered.
  • It’s always best to wait until you have spoken to Integrity and had your claim assessed BEFORE your contact your mechanic.
  • Call Integrity on 1800 357 227 to begin the claims process.
  • Integrity will provide details on the nearest Approved Repairer or authorise you to use your own mechanic.
  • When your claim is approved, you can authorise the repairer or your mechanic to provide a full report to Integrity, including how the failure occurred and the total cost of repairs.
  • The repairer will provide Integrity with a full report, including your warranty number and your vehicle odometer reading.
  • You may be required to provide Integrity with all of your service invoices since the time of purchase of your vehicle. Integrity may also request other information.
  • Remember, if your claim is not approved, you will be liable for the cost of any work carried out on your vehicle.
